Simon Rogers studied law in Bristol and headed up the property department in a small city firm before moving to Cornwall. He is already a well-known property lawyer in the region having led the residential team of a large local practice before joining brains to take on this role.

He has experience both in residential and commercial property, specialising in country and waterside homes.

He believes that it is essential as a property lawyer to establish good working relations with agents, with an emphasis on keeping all the parties involved in the transaction fully up to date with how matters are progressing.
